OR Most DVSA test centres have free cards in displays in the public areas ( well, the ones that do bike tests) you fill the card in, and put a little blue or green spot ( supplied with the card) on the side of your helmet. Then put the card in the lining of your helmet.
Emergency services know the spot means you have info in your lid.
Same as the thing in the OP, but free.

I have a dog tag attached to my jacket with ICE no, name, dob and blood group stamped onto it, sadly these things are on the whole ignored at an accident by the emergency services as there is a chance that the helmet/jacket has been borrowed from someone else and the information is incorrect to the casualty. The only way to go is to wear a braclet or necklace that is attached to you personally, don't get me wrong these things can't do any harm, but there not the life savers they are marketed/sold as. Due to a heart attack a couple of years ago, I am now on medication for the rest of my life. So conveying this medical information to paramedics could be beneficial to my well being, in the event that I have an off of some discription. As they say every little helps and at £5.99, I'm worth it.....just!

I think if you have any form of ID that has info on any medication your taking, your blood group, emergency contact details etc etc , is no or little use to ambulance personnel at the side of the road, they are only interested in your immediate injuries / condition at the time. But later in hospital this sort of info is useful. I wear the ICE dog tag round my neck on long trips or going abroad on holiday www.utagice.com
