:ten: That was a good, fair write up.
It's been known to with this one on the odd occasion.
I've no idea how lonng ago this article was written but we should point out that the S model is no longer available as a new bike in the UK. Kwak UK stopped importing them in 2003 and most of the stocks were sold off by the end on the year.
That originally had me fooled me too. The cat is actually in the collector box area of the downpipes.

It was articles like this that finally swayed me to get the S and I can honestly say I more than pleased with it, shame the weather is so bad at the moment round Lincolnshire. There are a huge amount of good write ups about. www.motorcycle.com/mo/mckaw/01zrxs.motmlwww.pryme66.karoo.net/zrx.htmare a couple of good examples. I like the phrase 70s on steroids, says it all really ;D

At least it's just not me that had the iffy screen screw, seems to be a common problem on the S

At least it's just not me that had the iffy screen screw, seems to be a common problem on the S ...especially when fitted with an aftermarket screen which lifts the air higher. This puts more leverage on the two top mounting screws on the fairing and these are not a particularly strong design to begin with. These screws will keep working themselves loose and you only need to overtighten them just once......
