Bet they charge you £30 for oil too... now thats the one thing I dont ever pay for, (no point working part time for a garage and paying for the stuff) p.s. local bike shop is a KTM dealer which could explain their prices. nearest kawasaki shop used to be 20 miles away and now its 40, so anything i would save in the price of filters would be offset by the cost of getting there and back.,

remind me not to buy any filtrex ones from Trucker, me thinks they won't fit the S Quite right, . . . unless you've done the Floog sidebag mods, and plumbed one of the bags as an oil filter housing

A fine point. I wonder if Mr Floog modded his top box to house the huge filter :hmm:

In Halfrauds the Chapion X321 is £2.95 but I checked and it comes with 2 large O rings.
Their book does not show a listing for the 1200 but the X321 is listed as for teh 1100.
Now I am really confused.
Does anyone have a good list of what fits what.
I know the Hiflow and Filtrex as previously listed.

As I pointed out earlier, the listing in the Halfords book for the 1200 is wrong.
Filter is the same as for 1100 X321
