SORRY but couldn't find tech and dyno sheet for bog standard zrx but i know that rex was putting 99 rwbhp . art can fitted with dyno jet fitted 99 bhp torque was all over the place not smooth as standard ,so removed baffle in down pipes by flange , it improved torque but basically over fueled across rev range.so £600 akropovic purchased after warranty claim for new down pipes from Kawasaki because black paint was burning off .that hurt them screwed kawasaki for about 2000 quid in poor finish etc(my argument was i bought official uk bike i expect quality and back up from warranty they gave in) ANYWAY fitted akro and set up on dyno 90 main jet 4th groove k@n and snorkel removed 112bhp at 8900 and 73 ft/lbs at 6700 the power increased right across rev range flawlessly .if you put 96 main jet in that dyna jet recommend you'll have108 and power will drop off rapidly. or you can cheat and leave the 94 jet in stock. Ive got the bug now. . CAMS NOW zzr1100 d cams how about this 96 main jet only difference 125 bhp power dips below6500 losing about 4ft/lbs then starts climbing rapidly at 8 peak power at 9600 and peak torque 74 at 7000. K AND N PODS NOW 126 main jet and standard Kawasaki spring 4th groove as usual 136 at wheel at 10100 and 77ft/lbs peak torque at 7600. just shows how restrictive inlet is on the Rex because as you know zzr carbs tend to pour mixture in. AS you can see ive omitted mixture screw settings as mine where 2 1/4 turns out yours might be completely different. BUT always get your fueling checked out on the dyno to make sure , i hope this helps anyone with a zrx 1100 and if you are local to me i''ll i give you a hand fitting showing whatever I'm that type of guy NOW ABOUT TYRES no I'm not going there sorry I'm tempted though
