Hey, welcome in motomarco99. I'm glad our site's already been of some use to you. Why not stick around for a bit, tell us a bit about yourself and your Rex for a start. Fettling the suspension on the Rex is just the beginning. There's a whol lot more to be done to it yet to make it truly your own. With a little help from your friends and a few shared ideas you'll be amazed at how fond of the Rex you'll become. Happy riding.

Well thanks for the welcome and all the advice - I see most to embarassed to reveal weights but like you say suspension is a personal thing and not everybody likes pies and pints. Some people like veg, bran, nuts and sparkling water. These are the people who can walk into any shop and buy leathers off the peg and keep them for years. >:(Me on the other hand have to buy bigger and bigger even when they have never had a chat with the road. I have finally bought a pair that are too big!!!!! ? . Looks like it is back to the pub for a lager (sparkling water) and a roast vegetable and stuff pie, with a huge packet of peanuts for starters . Enjoy. ZRX1200S: K&Ns Throughout, Dynojet stage 3 , Full Akrowatsit, RAD Protector, Hugger, Polished wheels etc

Remember to dial in plenty of REBOUND damping(screw on top of fork legs)as the forks are quite underdamped. Probably 1 or 2 clicks out from fully screwed in. The rebound damping will have the most dramatic effect of all the adjustments . Tyre pressures 36/42 in case you dont already know. Suspension tuning is one of the great & most satisfying pleasures in Rex ownership. It takes time to get it just how you like it,but its fun getting there & although the Rex will never be a sports bike, the bike's handling can be transformed with a few simple adjustments
