Seems to be mixed reviews on that version. . . Reviews: JapanAll in all the banana flavoured Kit Kat was a very good candy. A rich banana taste, not overpowering, yet substantial. This coupled with the satisfying chocolate crunch of a regular Kit Kat is a real winning combination. From the Accidental HedonistComment from: dudleyduh I once tried a banana kitkat from Japan which was unexpectedly fantastic but a limited edition never seen since Comment from: Carolyn J. They had the banana one here in Canada too. The smell put me right off it.Comment from: Rosi Actually, here in Canada, the banana kit kats are huge! Reviewer: A customer from Swindon, Wilts .UK Awful, too artificial tasting. Try at your own peril Reviewer: buttagirl Tried the banana KK last month while in Canada - it was absolutely vile (and I normally love anything banana flavoured). APPROACH WITH CAUTION! Comment Wyn: have you seen the banana one? as much as i will mix a real banana with chocolate, something of the packaging of the kit kat banana makes it look really scary! Generally "mixed reviews" Kit Kat Banana — Japan, Canada limited edition - WikipediaNever seen the Banana version in Canada. Apparently only brought in for a short period of time (imagine that, "limited edition" chocolate bars!) Sorry, I tried calling all my "IOU's" to connect with Nestle for a group buy, but no one is anteing up. Looks like you have to score a Kit Kat Banana on ole EvilBay, but that would be of unknown "best before date". I'm thinkin' Floog posted this on here just to nudge Michael's mind off whatever useful thing he might be doing (I think he succeeded), and I suspect that Michael's suggestion that he may have already sampled 1 or 2 of these. limited edition versions, may also be wishful thinking (unless he's been EBaying, or to Japan lately). For the lowdown on all the Kit Kat varieties and where they were available, check out: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kit_Kat Guess I get no stripes for this effort, eh?
