hi people
im fitting a rack on my 1200r and wonder does any one know how to get the tail off in the right order ?

You shouldn't need to take the tail piece off to fit a rack
I've fitted a Renntec and a Kawasaki rack and all I had to do was take off the grabhandles

cheers for the info and the welcome ! ill have another go its just theres not a lot of space to get at the rear bolts and didnt want to scratch the the paint.Its a green 2004 1200r and i bought it because it looks like its gonna bite you when you walk past it !

Take the tool tray out, 2 x philips heads screws, that will give you plenty of room, welcome to the site by the way.
