Just thought i would introduce myself before I go any further. I have had a couple of ZRX1100's in the past my last one pictured below. I have just purchased another one collect it tomorrow. I also have a Z1 and KH250 to keep it company in the garage. Will upload a photo of the bike as soon as I get a chance. Cheers for now.

Welcome aboard Padders. Thats a decent collection of Kwaks youhave there. Looking forward to seeing the new Rex especially if it's been interestingly modded.

Here are a couple of pictures of my bike. I have tidied up a few bits but have just dropped off the rear footrests silencer and underside for polish or powdercoat. the hidious indicators have been binned and the wiring is like a birds nest. She should be sorted for the Ace cafe run next weekend. Looking for a kerker in black to replace the standard system.

Very nice REX! Wonderful collection of Kwaks there. Z1, KZ900 and it looks like a Z1000. Is that a tank from a Z1000, or what? I quite like the lines that it creates as well as the big ole train headlight look. I've been tempted to do that myself. I hear from those that have that the airflow to the rider is actually somewhat smoother. And yep, you need to bin that stock exhaust.

The Tank is a one off carbon fibre one from Germany. This bike was owned by two other members of Z1OC members but I managed to persude Rick the last owner to sell it to me. It was very blingy but Rick powdercoated the swingarm and a few other bits. I will finish off the de chroming and sort the wiring. It has a problem on idle low down which I think is down to the carbs. Thats why the standard can is on at the moment I wanted to take it back to base settings and problem serch from there.

I am definitely loving the look of that tank, especially the 70's graphics, I had a KZ400 the same colour as that red 1000 in the pic, and hopefully will have another one eventually, already have the bike and the stripes just gotta get it painted.
