Friction plates have been changed, all is well. Up until this weekend. Started having slippage again. When the bike warms up it goes away.
Now I am due an oil change soon so I guess that might cure it.
What is peoples opinion?

What oil are you currently using? Is it that stuff from Sifu?

It has been in the past but the last oil change was done by the garage when they had it in for check over after the off. They serviced it and did the lot, before the Scotland trip.
So it will be Putolene Semi Synth

That wouldn't cause slip, normally, then. An oil change certainly will help. Try a few drag starts to "clean" the plates up a bit

might be inclined to whip off the cover, whilst doing the oil change and check the torque settings on the bolts and mayby give the plates a mark one eyeballing. :hmm: its only if your mechanical skills are as good as your england,

After disturbing Les numerous times this evening I might have cured it, but we will see.
Rechecked the work I did, being thick I had put the last friction plate on the wrong groove, it seems this is the only one you put in the shorter groove.
did everything back up still the same.
Across to the left. Clutch res seems to be functioning ok, fluid was not the light colour I expected but more a dark colour.
Removed slave cylinger, checked push rod, gave it a clean and a light oil.
Removed the piston and gave it a clean was a little gungy.
Reloaded everything, bled the system and gave it a quick test to see if I could find the bite point.
All seems to be working but the ride to the station tomorrow will give me a good idea.
I will most likely be changing the oil on Friday anyway.
Big thanks to Les for his wise words and mickey taking on the phone

Interesting one. What made you check and spot the last plate being incorrectly located?
