has any ever taken the indicator button off its arm to gain access to the horn switch and put it back . . can it be done ?
asked this on the OC one reply but Ive already done the advised

No, I haven't. Is it one of those "press on" buttons that won't stay on the shaft again after its been removed?
I've run into those before - they had a small plastic tab that fits into the shaft when first installed but the plastic tab breaks off when you remove it, then there's nothing to hold it on but a dab of glue.
