That's been me, trying to get our chatroom up and running properly again. Not to put to fine a point on it, I've had one or three problems with it not least of which that thanks to our recent board upgrade, the codes that run our chatroom needed updating. How was I supposed to know that? So. It's now working again, both in Interweb Explorist and Furfox. At least it is if your Java is up to date . . . Go HERE to see if yours is. Click on the big blue button to Verify Java Installation. If you're up to date then the page should refresh and display an animation or at least tell you that it's up to date. If it is then try Live Chat. If not it should then the verify page should lead you to the download page, or generate a link where you can download and install the latest version. 6.10. Follow the destructions on the download page. Once done, your browser should automatically close and restart with the new version running. If it doesn't, close and restart manually like I had to on one of my computers. Now try live chat again. Still can't get in? Read on . . . If still no worky then enable java in your web browser. For help on that clicky hereSimply follow the instructions on that page. IE and FF are the top two in the list respectively. That ought to do it See you in chat. ;D You may also have noticed that the link to the chatroom is now available on all boards and not just the homepage as it was previously.
