It has been georgeous and :sunny: here in Stourbridge after a cold start today. A slightly different story 12 miles away in Wolverhampton though, where Mogwai was due to take his bike test this morning. Snow stopped play so the test has had to be re-scheduled for later in the month. Our instructor friend who took him for a ride round Wolverhampton this morning shares my opinion in that he would probably have passed. Oh well. : Shrugged shoulders all round and chalk it up to experience. He has gained some useful experience today and after a couple of last minute panic attacks, (mine yesterday, trying to get him a new tyre and his this morning on the way out, finding his filler cap keyhole frozen on his (almost empty) fuel tank) now has even more confidence in readiness for his next assault on the DSA. ;D

shame he couldnt have got it out of the way today, but if it was anything like as cold as up here it wouldnt have been much fun, no snow to speak of but the frost didnt disappear until lunchtime
