hi thought i had better say hello for those who know me and those that dont ,rode bikes for years iam on to my 3rd zrx had 2 1100s and now zrx1200r all have been tuned and modded ive done loads of track days and long runs ie newcastle to the south france and from newcastle to the ace cafe and back in the same day hence the name, iam 40 years old , wife , brat ,huge german shepard dog ,i work as a spanner monkey in the local motorcycle dealers, i am also on call 24hrs aday as one of the crew of the blyth lifeboat kev

Greetings Kev. Welcome to :zrxuk: I know we've met a couple of times before although a long time ago, certainly at Mallory on a ZRXOC trackday or two. Didn't know you were a lifeboatman though or is that something you've taken on recently? Lots of admiration and a big to you, you must be very proud of that job, I know I would be.

thats a funny one as part of my training to be a coxswain is how to use the power of the boat ie power on up the wave and power off as you near the top and over then power back on for the next one , we were out training one day and we had a big sea on i was on the power and the boat came out the water and back down again the boss shouted christ he trying to wheelie the bloody boat tell him hes not on his bike ,, i did find it funny the rex has about 130bhp the boat has 620bhp yep i can get the front end up on that aswell no probs
