Well, had first ride out today. Brekky at Bridlington and on to sands end then down to whitby, through the north yorks moors to home. Bowt 135 miles. My first longish ride out since I put the straight through stubby on and stainless system. I know that the stainless system is less restrictive with wider diameter down pipes. The fuel consumption seems to have gone down with about 15 MILES or so less than I would normaly get. In fact I had to switch to reserve with about 5 miles from home. This is a regular run and never had to do that before. Has anyone else noticed a drop in fuel consumption doing the same mod?

Those mods seem to affect the rate and extent of right hand wrist twisting, with the commensurate decline in mileage!
