Thankfully not me or my rex. My stepson had a coming together last night, driver pulled right in front of him. Little Sym xs125 is no more, but he's fine.

Street fighter, hmm not. Thankfully it was only a SYM and not the Aprillia he was after! Fortunately I've another 125 he can use, so if I can get the bike from the insurers I can flog the bits.

Bike came back to my house over the weekend. Frame is buggered as well as the forks, left hand engine casing smashed, thought the engine still starts. I think it's put of the wife's lad from riding. Perhaps young uns these days are not made of strong stuff.

That's very true. I remember my first shunt. Went into the side of an ambulance on a roundabout :clown: mind, if your gonna hit summit My KTM comet (remember them?) Was trashed. Got myself a CB125 dowt week later and the rest is history. He will be shaken up but the rest will come with time. At leased he didn't have my mum to cope with! :rocket:

I was a daft teenager, 1st on the fizzy then on a Superdream before heading off on an Elsie. Came off them all but it never crossed my mind not to get back on. Kids and marriage came, bikes went and I got back into it 8years ago. You reckon it's in my blood?
