The expression "hen's teeth" springs to mind. I spent 2 years looking then gave up

Thats a low output for those mods. You don't say if you have the stock headers tho'? This is the main restriction on the Rex as they are double skinned & have a very narrow internal bore. A bit like trying to run a marathon whilst breathing through a straw!!
You'll get 130 genuine RWHP with this done. A slight head skim together with some unshrouding work on the valves will gain a bit more but I can't say exactly how much as not had a dyno run since mine was done but i'm guessing around 135 or so. Certainly gained a lot midrange anyway which is where we mainly live.

That's correct.
If you haven't swapped out the stock header (doesn't matter what can you might have on the header, it's the header that makes the difference) for a quality aftermarket item, you have not yet reached the potential available from the pods/jet kit.
The stock system is also very heavy (about 30 lbs!) and a good aftermarket system will save you about 20 lbs in addition to letting the engine breathe properly.

we,ve not changed the headers yet, will get them ordered maybe at the nec if available, just thought i would send out the feelers for cams early on, when she had her 02 rex 1200 we put new headers and dynojet and got new kent cams for it, but it started to use i little oil when it reached the 90,000 mile marker, so she decided to go newer, cant seem to get kent cams for them now!
