As soon as I have her i'll post pics, but won't be for about 4 weeks, wedding and honeymoon to get out of the way 1st. Glad you've nabbed that bike, but as far as your "excuses" for lack of pictures . . . , Pftt, minor interruptions on the way to REXdom!!!

The thing is I can't get near the bike for at least a week. I've never seen it, let alone ride it! It's a friends bike and it's locked away....

24C and sunny today. 29C and sunny tomorrow. Well we deserve it after the extended winter we just experienced. I think Spring was last Thursday. . . . we're into summer now.

Congratulations on the recent wedding and Honeymoon bigbol63.
Congratulations also on securing that beautiful Green Rex.
You now have a problem. . . . . .
The rest of us on here are already painfully aware of what that is. . . . .
Your new wife is gonna go green as well. Green with jealousy over the amount of time, care, attention to detail not to mention money you are about to spend on "the other woman - that foul beast in the garage." as I’ve heard it referred to on occasion. Many a relationship has gone sour for similar reasons and severe choices have had to be made.
Just thought it best to warn you in advance. Your Rex may begin life as a treasured possession but prettty soon you'll be asking who owns who.

Guess I'm lucky, the wife loves the bike more than the ZX10 (zx1000b3) I have. So I got back from honeymoon weds morning, MOT's the ZRX in the afternoon and that was it until Saturday. Me and the wife out for an hour, Rivi barn for a brew and a bit of ride. 1st ride since I got her. She loves it, comfortable. Sunday morning, my turn for a ride on my own, up the A6 and on to Devils Bridge, cold and a bit damp. The rex performed well, plenty of oomph, rides well and comfortable. Probably marshalling at Oulton this Saturday so if the weather holds out i'll ride her down there. And depending what corner I'm on I may even get on track! Of course I have to behave but no reason to give it some, especially down Shell as it's far from the paddock and eagle eyes. On another note, I fired up my Z900 A4 on Sunday, 1st time in 3 years, spoilt for choice this summer I think. Laters.
