First things first... The spacebar is the big one at the bottom of the keyboard. A useful key. Lots of people use it and its worth a try. Are you getting power to the coils? Are you getting a spark? Check that you got all the wires on correctly. Its not the clutch, neutral or propstand cutouts as it wouldn't even turn over if they had failed. Ditto the kill switch Sod's Law says that it the last thing you "played" with, so have a good critical look over everything again best of lucl

You've probably got something stuck underneath it, like a paperclip or similar. Is it a laptop or desktop? A laptop is trickier to get the keys off without damaging them . Try a google search for the particular model and a "how to" to get the keys off.
If its not a lappy, then just substitute another board

If its a standard plug in keyboard, fill the bath with a few inches of warm water, keep the leads out of the water and soak the keyboard, swishing from side to side, once done empty the water from the keyboard and turn upside to dry in a warm place. You'll be surprised how much muck comes out of it.
