Cheers Burchy
I think they are just 30mm I/D and 40mm O/D squash washers. Mine are so badly out of shape I can't be 100% sure.

The good news is that I've found some The bad news is that I've only found 2 They are indeed 40mm O/D. These are 32 mm I/D by the looks of it and you are welcome to them if you want them The genuine ones are available from Kawasaki. Part number 11060-1103 £5.12 each (ouch) If they've never heard of a ZRX400 its the same part number for a ZX9R B1 - B4 1994 - 1997

Cheers Young Burchy.
I'll ring Bikeworld / K.D.I on Tuesday and see how much they are looking for them. There are spurious ones on ebay for half nothing but I'd prefer to use genuine parts in this particular case. Cheers for the offer for the pair of gaskets, But you may as well hold on to them as they may come in handy for you some day and save the hassle of postage etc. I'll have to make a trip to Bikeworld anyway at some stage in the near future!!

Rang Bikeworld and they were looking for €6.54 per gasket and would take 2 weeks to get them in??? I ended up calling L.M.E motorcycles, an old reliable independent bike shop and got a nice cup of tea, a bit of free advice and the 4 gaskets for €12 !! They are just simply 40mm O/D copper squash washers and work perfectly. Initially I thought they were gonna be too small but maybe I just got lucky when I popped them in, but I've no leaks or blows so Jobs a good one! Thanks Burchy and Young Burchy for your help and your generous offer. Dave
