He might want to check his chain and rear brake disc for wear while he's down there though. Hmmm . . . watched carefully, stopping the motion and was unable to see whether it was the spokes or the hub that failed. Never got a view of the wheel in a manner that I could see the spokes. I know that single sided setups are supposed to be designed to handle the stresses that are put on them, but it makes one wonder.

One year later and I wouldn;t be exaggerating to say he is a genuine title contender this year! Brilliant performances today by Tom, loved every second of the big bike races, plus Green at the front in the Supersport too. That Kawasaki seemed to have so much top end speed into the first corner, left everything for dead across the start/finish! Great to see Leon on the BMW doing well too. Excited for the rest of the season and hoping the BSB boys can do a great job this year
