As I've noted before, this site appears to load smilies or something like that after almost every page change (usually starts at about 85 and counts down to "Done". I've started waiting before clicking to the next thread until all the downloading is completed. Slows stuff up, but I've had no issues with IE 8 since I started this "experiment". Slower, but so far, it works!

Methinks its just a coincidence Lights, normal trouble will resume. Think its to do with plug ins, prob flash player or the likes. Try disabling them and see the diff it makes, also IE8 dont like some anti viruses, oh and hello

I am enjoying the free time, indeed! Celebrated an early Father's day with the whole family yesterday. My Dad (all of 83 years young) was able to come up so had the whole family out, (including my grandson ) for an afternoon with ribs and salmon on the grill. Good time was had by all. Weather looks good this week and the lawn is mowed . . . .

Yep Had some for supper tonight and still some left. Boiled 'em up on Saturday night, then marinaded them overnight, then slow cooked them on the BBQ basting 'em every few minutes. That, along with a rub-marinaded salmon made for a great meal. Salmon was all gone, but I must have done 8 lbs of ribs. Yum :slobr: I'd ship some to ya Brakey, but I don't think they'd survive the trip in a usable state.

Sounds wonderfull Lights, really jealous here, just about the grub, not the havin a good time. Dont do BBQ here, everythin is cooked in garlic and olive oil thoug. Can get a bit tedious. Oh must remeber to buy more garlic and olive oil, none left
