My first real stripdown of a bike in the new shed ...i had a replacement part delivered which was a new switch control on the left hand side for the cbr ...the other one had the flash button missing ...Anyway it took me ages to strip the top half of the fairing down but i managed to sqeeze me big hands into it and connect all the bits up . On trying out the new switch the dam flash button did not work checked the wiring and the flash switch wire is not even there i did order the right part year ect ect but this aint the right one after all that stripping down im leaving the switchgear on now at least ive got the button now and it will keep out the elements over winter On a better note , while the bike was stripped down i fitted the heated grips in 10 min toasty hands

yep its called arthiritus .... that and a seemingly lack of patience and if it dont go as planned a lot of swearing Thought i would use the parrafin heat lamp me dad gave me to keep the chill off in the shed but found that the fumes coming of it were a bit too much :hair: As for the heated grips they seem really good especially as they have the temp control switch on them too use to have them fitted on me blackbird and came in handy on trips to SCOTLAND :storm: :storm: Ive got the old handlebar muffs knocking around some place ...dont know if i dare fit them again after the looks i got when i last used them :mut:
