well i must say that after trauling :ebay: for days and emailing loads of people with bikes for sale that im amazed at the bikes for sale with over 70000 miles on the clocks A lot of the higher milage bikes never sold cos its the old legend that a bike is knackered if its got too many miles on it it does put me off though that when you see a bike that looks really clean but its got 90000 on the clock , namely a cb600 that had 92000 miles on it on an 08 plate full service history though Just dont know what to do like the bikes im looking at and the price but the milage is defo putting me off

Winter hack? You can pick up a T/Cat lumped Fazer 600 soooo cheap these days and the mill gets better with age. Mates had got 81 at wheel with no mods, power where you want it and it handles. Rear shock may need love. Way better bet than Zeph 750 IMHO. SV 650 nakeds are cracking little bikes and they're going very cheap: seen clean ones for £1200. Good seeing you at Hunters.

Triumphs of that period were deliberately over engineered - good thing - but can be on the heavy side. Budget?
