Welcome to the :zrxuk: Nice ride, but for some reason those MG "S's" seem to be as common as commuters on a bus 'round here lately

Thanks for all the Welcome's..... Mods....... The Bike has adouble bubble tinted screen, rear hugger & a front mudguard extender.. Maybe looking to put a belly pan on to keep some of the Autumn/Winter Muck off... K&N Filter at the next service... I need to carry luggage but don't want to really go the Givi rack route as it spoils the look somewhat.... I thing I'll stick with the Tailpack/throw over panniers... Oxford ones maybe... Unless anyone has any suggestions for carrying stuff about...

If you need to carry luggage, whatever you do is going to spoil the looks somewhat. It all depends on just how much luggage you need to carry. Rucksack and/or tailpack may be enough for some. I've tried soft luggage on the Rex and it gets in the way of the exhaust and more to the point the pillion. I did have a go with the ventura luggage system which did the job, was versatile but Fugly. I now use Kappa cases and Kawasaki rack. That's not as bad as it sounds. The rack can be fitted or removed fairly simply in about 10 minutes so isn't really a major inconvenience. Oh, and welcome to :uk: snoodyzrx apologies for forgetting may manners yet again. Nice looking Rex you have there . . . shame about the colour. Laquered primer with a splodge of black and a stripe of red never really did it for me.
