It is stored as a cookie, just go into tools, select internet options, select delete cookies.

this will however, clear all other saved passwords as well.

OK, Big G here we go! At ther top toolbar click on Tools, Internet options. In the middle in the "Temporary internet Files" click on Settings... then View Files... This will bring up a list of all the cookies that you have. Scroll down until you find the one that's got "zrxgremllin.proboards52.com" in it. This is the one to delete I'm assuming you are still on Internet Explorer 6. IE7 is a bit different but follows the same ideas.

Er found them and there is more than 1200 of them, but it wouldn't let me delete them any ideas

On your setup the Folder for the files is "read only"
Go through it all again, but before you view files, have a look further up and it will tell you the location of the folder holding your cookies. Find it with Explorer and right click on it. Go to Properties and remove the "read only" flag.
You will now be able to delete to your hearts content
