there will be two-wheeled power of a slightly slower version hitting the track that weekend too, with the inaugural Charity BSB Cycle Race taking place on the evening of Sunday 27th August.
In aid of the Chris Jones Memorial Fund - the young rider who tragically lost his life at Cadwell a year ago - the aim is to raise additional funds for a mobile X-Ray facility to be used by the resident series medics.
The event has already gained the support of Honda's factory stars: Joining Honda team co-ordinator Havier Beltran for the five lap sprint around the Woodland Circuit will be current BSB championship leader Ryuichi Kiyonari and HM Plant team-mate Karl Harris whilst Jones' Red Bull Honda team-mates from last season, Jonathan Rea and Eugene Laverty, are both planning to take a victory.
