How do I get in to 'HOW DO I DO THAT' ;D Errrr.... you don't yet. Still in the process of setting it up, should be online later on. as for the chatroom. :blx: I can't access the chatroom from my laptop either. and It's all Bill Gates' fault. (gotta blame someone). I too have downloaded and updated all the Java thingys and still no go. What OS are you using? Good to speak to FLOOG in the chatroom earlier on. It's a sign that he's on the mend and can now get as far as the computer at least. Welcome back mate.

I've noticed that the Chat room java thingy does run with IE7. any clues?? Yup. According to something I read a short while ago (I'm trying to sort out the same problem) Thanks to a difference of opinion between Microsoft and Sun Java, the Java Virtual Machine no longer ships with new versions of windows. The workround is to install an older version and then update that. Am in the process of doing that right now so I'll let you know what happens after I reboot. If you don't see me again, expect the worst.

Errr.............no. I can't make any sense of it either and I wrote half of it. All I've really learnt so far is that Bill Gates is a complete and utter tosspot. Watching the Money programme last week it appears that BG and Microsoft have spent $10bn on developing, publishing and advertising their latest OS, Windows Vista and what does it do? Sure, ...it looks pretty enough and in some ways is easier to manage than XP but the biggest drawback is that the Java thingy, although it works everywhere else, won't allow me into OUR chatroom the first ime it's been used in months. My own conspiracy theory is that Windows Vista is a front, a plot, a coverup. But was it really worth $10bn to shut me up?

It cost Bill Gates $10bn to shut him up where our very own FLOOG can do it for free. (He knows what I mean ) ................ and now you've started. What is this, Pick on Gremlin Day? :headbang:
