Could we just go back to discussing chocolate - found that a lot less unnerving than dancing chickens!

:agreed: Yes , i think we should set up a REXCHOCO Bar, some where in here, we could have testing/tasting write ups, who's the fastest (eater), where's the best Bike/choco friendly shops, who's the best manufacturer of White, Plain and Dark.

I work at ASDA, so I can speak with personal experience on the excellent range of chocolate they now stock. Very good and cheap white chocolate comes in the form of ASDA's own brand 48p per big family bar (10% off if you work there)....very nice flavour. Also in same range is an excellent dark, milk and fruit and nut...great value as a big family bar is little more than the cost of a single Mars bar!! Also try the Asda EXTRA SPECIAL range of hand picked chocolates, superb flavours and much cheaper than Thornton's. Swiss white and white with almonds is to die for....less sugar than UK brands. Can be purchased in good London chocolate establishments where they sell Lindt etc Milky bar white is always a winner with me....them big family bars go nicely with a cup of Java......also do packs of white buttons, and tubes for the kids (pah fat chance they'll get them with me around).....Try white MALTEZERS, fantastic AFTER EIGHT white mint sticks are nice but an acquired taste :hmm: Purdy's chocolate makers in Canada offer similar quality to Thornton's, at a fraction of the price. No trip is complete without a visit (they are in several shopping Malls where I go) Personal observation, but try GALAXY chocolate as opposed top Cadbury's.....Galaxy is far superior and much creamier in flavour.....Big bars available...Yummy CARAMAC.....gorgeous, but still only sold in piddly little bars of wafer thin size.....need a big family bar NOW...... Going to lie down now............although, I'm feeling a little peckish...maybe a fridge chocolate raid is iminent..... *****Breaking news.......I have found a cadbury's easter egg in the fridge which was buried and I didn't know about......Oh yes there is a god!!!!!................. ;D

Whilst I was serving queen (god bless her and happy 80th birthday) and country we had things call rat packs (boxes of food) which always came with a bar of fruit and nut. It had a plain wrapper so we never knew who actually made it, only that is was probably made pre 1945. It was and still is the bestest tasting chocolate ever :slobr: , and as much as I hate to admit it the closest I can get is ADSA's own brand fruit and nut.

CARAMAC..... ..........ask Grem, he knows :mut: tell me about it. The last thing you need on the list as part of a ransom demand is Caramac. It's pretty nearly impossible to find at least in the Black Country.
