Hello my name is jeff , i have just bought a zrx 1200r 55 plate im green bike covered 20 k and really nice condition I have a short stubby can fitted , adjustable levers and a 200 rear tyre I live in cheshire ,crewe area Looking forward too meeting people on here , and getting advice on parts ! First being a really nice belly pan which i would like help with .

Don't think I've heard of a 200 tyre on a REX before so I'd be interested to hear whether it is worth doing

Thanks for replys , the rear tyre looks the business even if it does effect handling ! I have not noticed any difference , really want too fit a belly pan, but not sure on my options and where to buy from ? It must look right or i will be gutted , anybody help

weclome Jeff an wots a 200 rear tyre and wot do a have 180 is what you got brakey thats means you have a 180 mm section width with a 55% aspect ratio hopefully with a least a v speed rating

Unless he's ridden one with the stock 180 tire, he won't be able to give much handling feedback. A 200 tire would be quite seriously pinched in along the sidewalls and you'd never be able to rid them of chicken strips along the edge of the tread - unless you were running it on its side. Actually won't look as wide as a 200 tire mounted on an appropriate wheel because of the pinch in that results from fitting it to the narrower ZRX wheel.

Hi Jeff and welcome to the :zrxuk: you will find a few belly pans for the rex hear www.streetfightersinc.com/BellyPans.htm it may give you an insight into what look you want, i have got a power bronze belly pan fitted myself but their are a few different makes out their.

Welcome bud Sounds like you've been bitten by the mod bug a little early - good man My 7r has a 190 section rear boot, I have no chicken strips.... mind you the bike has been on it's side recently
