Better bolt down the front end of that seat before you throw a leg over. Looks painful the way it is

yeah i twanged a bollock on the seat today, need to find a new nut and bolt for it.Well the zed is alive,at 4:00pm yesterday it finally fired up after sorting the battery out, purging the float bowls, some fresh titty in the tank and a wire from right hand coil re attached, and very happy to say running sweet as a nut , no rattles crunchy noises or rumbles. I can now sleep happy knowing that e bay hasnt claimed another victim.I paid 700 quid for the bike which u probably think is way over the odds but with a couple of hundred invested it will be worth 2k, not that i will sell it but it wont owe me anything.will try and get a clip of it running today if i get time, its bloody loud

Looks a good base project , i see you say the kicker is working so is the electric start kaput Hboy Just asking cos my 650 electric start was kaput as well , something to do with the ring gear inside the engine and not too easy to fix I was waiting to see you start it in the video but guess your avoiding another busted nut So you keeping it chopper style or taking it back to standard
