Never actually had these on a Rex but they are fitted as standard to Blandits. People I know with such bikes and tyres say they last well and grip ok. Just bought a set of Conti Road Attacks which appear to be very good so far.

I had Michellins on my old GPz 1100e.
Didn't have a problem with them wet or dry and they didn't wear too quickly either. That bike would probably have eaten tyres more quickly than Rex due to its extra weight and power. They were a definite improvement on the Pirellis that were on it when I bought the bike.
I traded that bike in for Rex before I got the chance to try Bridgestones on it so can't make any direct comparisons. All I can say is that it was a heavier bike and handled like a pig on stilts at the best of times.
